The Server / Network Technician is responsible for the technical assessment, implementation and support of IT projects and systems for their assigned accounts as well assisting with team member’s account support and maintenance. This position is critical to customer satisfaction and retention and therefore requires high customer service and management skills. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, good group interaction skills, and be able to work independently in a small fast paced office environment.
Broad IT skill set required to perform the following tasks for our small and medium sized customers that are primarily located in the Greater Madison area:
