Technical Systems Consultant

Adesys is hiring a Technical Systems Consultant to assess, implement, and support customer IT projects and infrastructure. The role is central to customer satisfaction and retention, so strong technical skills and customer service are essential. Candidates need clear written and verbal communication, work well with groups, and can operate independently in a fast-paced office.
Responsibilities:
Support small and mid-sized customers, primarily in the Greater Madison area, including:
Windows server installation, migration, and maintenance
Windows workstation installation and maintenance
Network design, implementation, and troubleshooting
Third-party software installation and support
Onsite and phone support for end users
Qualifications:
Well-organized, strong time management, able to multitask, and detail-oriented. Two or more years of experience with several of the following:
HP servers, workstations, and printers
Windows Server 2022 and 2025
Windows 11
Microsoft 365
Cisco, HP, SonicWall, Ruckus, and similar routers, switches, and wireless APs
Microsoft Hyper-V
